Description:	Community based support services for people in their own homes, provided by volunteers, paid staff and tradespeople: •social support, friendly phone calls and home visiting •banking, paying bills and assistance with shopping, individual transport •organised social functions, including Friendship Groups (Friendship Group every Wednesday, with monthly lunch outing, Monthly bus outings every second Wednesday) •information and referral to other community services
